1. Overview
Employability is the state of having the skills and knowledge that enable you to achieve (graduate)

career is a life skill made significantly easier if you adopt an appropriate employability asset model.
In this assessment, you will
undertake an audit of your knowledge and skills to identify weaknesses (or to identify
missing evidence for that knowledge and skills) and to create a career development plan to
address any issues,
evidence your understanding of the recruitment process and the different stages of a typical
job application (e.g. CV, cover letter, psychometric testing, video interview, assessment
centres, and final interview), and
create an e-portfolio that provides evidence of the discipline knowledge, professional
knowledge, soft skills, and personal attributes required by employers in your chosen
profession.
