Thank you for your eÖorts in completing Assessment 1B for PROJ6001.
The results for this assessment have now been released. Please keep
in mind the following tips for the remaining assessments:
(1) Do not copy anything (nothing at all). The maximum allowable
similtity rate is 15%, so avoid copying anything.
(2) Include a cover sheet (does not have to be the Torrens cover sheet)
in your Word document. This must include your full name, student
number, unit code, unit name, assessment name, assessment number
and date of your submission.
(3) Please remember that there are no drafts and that the assessment

*The census date is the last date in the trimester to withdraw from
enrolment without incurring a tuition fee or FEE-HELP liability or being

Module Timeframes
Suggestively two (2) weeks per Module, with Twelve (12) weeks subject
completion. Lecturers can modify the teaching timeframes according
to the academic progress, public holidays and assessment
submissions.
Important Information regarding Assessment Submission
It is important that every assessment include the unit name and code,
the name of your lecturer (Dr Mo Kader) and your full, oÔcial name
and student number on the Ñrst page or Ñrst slide. This is an
assessment requirement in order for the assessment to be marked.
Each assessment must be submitted via the correct link on the
assessment portal. It cannot be emailed. If you are unable to upload
the work for any reason, please contact college IT Services or
[email protected]. It is recommended that you submit
work ahead of time to avoid technical issues arising when you do
need to submit.

For the assessment to me be marked, it must be submitted in
Microsoft Word of PDF for reports and in Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF
for presentations. It must be loaded to the correct submission link, so
please check you are loading it to the right place before you submit
the work. Late work is subject to academic penalties as outlined in the
unit rules. In the event of a special consideration, please submit your
special consideration application directly to the university. If granted,
penalties will not apply for late submissions. For presentations, in
order for the work to be marked, the presentation must be uploaded
to the correct link on the portal by the due date and the presentation
must be completed in class on the days your lecturer mentions in
class. Both elements must be completed for the work to be marked,
so please ensure that you are available to present in class on the
allocated days. Video presentations are, unfortunately, not possible.

Welcome to this unit and to a new term at Torrens University. My
name is Dr Mo Kader and I am very pleased to be teaching this
subject. I am sure that we will have an interesting, fun and informative
time this term and thank you for enrolling in the unit.
I have had the pleasure of teaching at Torrens University and its
predecessor organisation since 2001 and have been in business since
1998. My areas of business interest are in management, commerce,
strategy and project management, while my areas of research interest
are in strategy, organisational development, entrepreneurship and
project development.
I am based in the Sydney CBD where I have an oÔce and enjoy very
much teaching at Torrens. I hope that this term will be rewarding and
